Job descriptionConduct periodic audits and inspections to ensure compliance. Liaise with the Purchasing Department to verify product compliance with specifications. To perform any other responsibilities as directed by Management occasionally. Liaise with JAKIM & JAIS. Liaise with JAKIM / JAIS officers during auditing / enforcement. Assisting government and local authorities, applying and renewing license-related matters, etc. Succeeding in relevant certification such as from the Ministry of Health. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) / Google apps (Doc, Sheet...) Knowing or fast learning using IT device Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a in Food Science, Food Technology, Islamic Studies, or related fields. Strong understanding of Halal principles and practices Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Required : Halal Executive Certificate approved by JAKIM Free parking Monday to Friday Saturday (half day) English (Preferred) Bahasa (Preferred)

- Ensure all products are registered and approved on the JAKIM Portal.
- Maintaining and updating the HALAL S.O.P plan.
- Develop the Halal Assurance System and all control procedures for Halal requirements.
