What You'll Do
- Manage Renewals : Oversee the renewal process for existing clients, ensuring timely and efficient renewals to maximise customer retention.
- Customer Management : Act as the main contact for key customers, building strong relationships and understanding their needs to offer personalised solutions.
- Customer Engagement : Proactively communicate with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and promptly resolve any client issues.
- Performance Tracking : Collect and consolidate daily renewal sales data. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date renewal sales reports and dashboards.
What We're Looking For
Educational Qualification : A diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Mass Communication, or a related field.
