Job Responsibility

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and process orders in a timely manner.
  • Oversee daily operations, including sales administration and clerical tasks.
  • Schedule and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to manage customer orders, compile reports, and ensure accurate submissions.
  • Support the sales team in maintaining an up-to-date customer database.
  • Maintain an organized filing system and handle general office tasks.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing processes.
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments as assigned to support operational needs.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, in any field.
  • Preferably 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Preferably Junior executives specializing in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
  • Computer literate, Possess Knowledge in MS Office-Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with Auto-count software is a plus point.
