Job Responsibility
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and process orders in a timely manner.
- Oversee daily operations, including sales administration and clerical tasks.
- Schedule and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage customer orders, compile reports, and ensure accurate submissions.
- Support the sales team in maintaining an up-to-date customer database.
- Maintain an organized filing system and handle general office tasks.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing processes.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as assigned to support operational needs.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, in any field.Preferably 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.Preferably Junior executives specializing in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent.Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.Computer literate, Possess Knowledge in MS Office-Excel, Word & PowerPoint.Familiar with Auto-count software is a plus point.Job Benefits
