Overview
The ambassador of Club Med values, assists the HR Manager to direct and supervise the HR team, and is responsible for operational HR processes in the department. Responsibilities include recruiting local personnel in accordance with Club Med's quality policy in cooperation with specific bodies; checking proper application of the MSCTT working hours procedure by all Village managers; making all arrangements and enacting all procedures related to drawing up, carrying out and terminating employment contracts in accordance with applicable welfare legislation; managing payroll; ensuring the human resources information system is updated; drawing up and analyzing HR statements and reports, and notifying them to Village managers, the Country Office and support units; and ensuring compliance with internal regulations (G.O / G.E dress code, badges, behaviour, etc.).
