Overview

Talent Hunter at TIMESCONSULT. We’re seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to design and manage compensation, benefits, and mobility programs that align with the company's business goals and culture. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to enhance employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain compensation policies and conduct market benchmarking
  • Lead job evaluations, pay range reviews, and job architecture mapping
  • Manage employee benefits and advise on global mobility policies
  • Support HR projects (e.g. incentive plans, recognition programs)
  • Provide data-driven insights and guidance to HR teams
  • Partner with vendors and ensure compliance with legal standards
  • Be the SME for the global mobility policy and advise on global mobility process
  • Review existing policies against market standards and propose changes to attract and retain talent

Qualifications

  • 6–8 years’ experience in C&B, preferably in MNCs
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
  • Business-savvy, detail-oriented, and collaborative
  • Proactive mindset with strong execution and communication skills
