PME Engineer

Job Responsibilities : -

• Optimizes and improves the efficiency of an organization's manufacturing and industrial processes, ensuring the smooth functioning of production lines, develop new techniques, modify existing designs and coordinate process improvement projects
• Identify and implementing process improvements to reduce costs, minimize waste and increase efficiency
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes, technologies and equipment
• Monitoring and analyzing process data, identifying trends and proposing solutions for process improvement continuously
• Continuous update and revise PFMEA / MPM / BPM / CTQ / Error proofing and lean six sigma item
• To involve with i4.0 project and automation project

Job Requirements : -

1.Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial, Manufacturing or any other Engineering related field

3.Language proficiency : - English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaker is an added advantage

Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques, lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma Methodologies and statistical analysis (7QC Tools, 4M1E method)

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex process issues

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

Willing to work on shift rotation and support overtime (weekdays and weekend) if needed

9.At least 2 years experience in creating PLC programme
