Proven hands‑on expertise in : Backend : Java 17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring JPA, JWT, OpenAPI Frontend : React (Next.js) Database & Tools : Redis, MariaDB, Docker, Linux Experience with CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git, JIRA) and automated testing tools is an advantage. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices . Prior experience in government projects or system integration (SI&I) is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English ; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage (not mandatory). Work on cutting‑edge enterprise projects with global exposure. Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) — including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Conduct system analysis and design (SA&D) , translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable enterprise applications aligned with business goals and technical standards.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, UX / UI Designers, QA teams, and IT stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Evaluate and implement Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives to assess emerging technologies and their applicability.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for both internal and external use.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Identify and implement system improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.
- Offer technical support and troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently and maintain system stability.
