We are looking for an experienced RTR Manager to oversee the Record to Report (RTR) process within the Accounting & Finance department for a 6‑month contract. This role is based in Subang Jaya and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of the business services industry.

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the Record to Report (RTR) process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Supervise and guide the accounting team to meet organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for audits and financial reviews.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Monitor and resolve any discrepancies in financial reporting and accounting records.
- Support the implementation of new financial systems or tools as required.
