1. Documentation & Agreements

  • Assist in the preparation, proofreading, and coordination of MOU / MOA with university partners.
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on the signing, renewal, and termination of agreements.
  • Maintain an organized filing system (physical and digital) for all official documents.

2. Office Administration

  • Handle office requisitions and ensure timely procurement of required materials and resources.
  • Assist with staff-related claims, including travel, entertainment, and other administrative expenses.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications related to administrative matters.
  • 3. Agent Management

  • Maintain a comprehensive record of agent agreements and ensure proper documentation of commission structures and renewals.
  • Process and track agents' commission claims and liaise with relevant departments for timely payment and resolution of issues.
  • 4. University Partnerships

  • Provide administrative support in managing ongoing partnerships with universities and institutions in China.
  • Assist in the planning and documentation of collaborative activities such as student exchanges, academic visits, and recruitment events.
  • 5. Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare periodic reports, data updates, and summaries for management review.
  • Support in data entry, tracking, and analysis related to partner performance and engagement.
  • TMM Meeting Preparation
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation slides (PPT) for Top Management Meetings (TMM).
  • Consolidate relevant data, prepare visual summaries, and ensure accuracy and clarity of the information presented.
  • 6. General Support

  • Provide logistical and coordination support for visits, events, and delegations.
  • Support team members and management in all other related tasks as assigned.
  • Qualifications :

  • Candidate must possess at least a degree.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
  • Interpersonal skills : Team player, outspoken, reliable, and dependable.
  • Able to work independently and great communication skills.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
