About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking HR Manager to lead the organizational restructuring and transformation journey of our company. The role will focus on transitioning a traditionally structured organization into a modern, agile, and innovative workplace, ensuring alignment with business strategy, people needs, and future industry demands.

Key Responsibilities

Organizational Restructuring & Change Leadership

  • Design and implement restructuring strategies to streamline operations, improve agility, and modernize organizational hierarchies.
  • Partner with senior leadership to assess current structures, identify gaps, and propose transformation roadmaps.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions while maintaining employee engagement and morale.
  • Develop HR frameworks to support new business models, hybrid work structures, and digital transformation initiatives.

Talent & Workforce Modernization

  • Redesign workforce planning to align with future skills, technology adoption, and evolving business needs.
  • Drive recruitment strategies to attract digital-savvy, innovative, and diverse talent.
  • Develop upskilling / reskilling programs to transition existing employees into new roles aligned with modernization goals.
  • Implement leadership development programs to prepare managers for leading in a modern, fast-changing environment.
  • Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Cultivate a forward-thinking organizational culture that embraces agility, innovation, and inclusivity.
  • Implement employee engagement strategies to maintain high morale during transformation.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across organizational policies and practices.
  • Foster open communication channels to ensure transparency and trust throughout restructuring processes.
  • HR Operations & Strategy

  • Oversee HR functions including performance management, compensation, and employee relations in alignment with modern practices.
  • Develop HR policies and frameworks that balance flexibility, compliance, and business effectiveness.
  • Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, with proven track record in organizational restructuring and transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Kotter's 8 Steps, ADKAR, Agile HR practices).
  • Demonstrated success in workforce modernization, talent strategy, and cultural transformation.
