This role involves comprehensive responsibility in strategic marketing communications, including creative and strategic thinking, research, administration, execution, and monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Owning responsibility in preparing and implementing the annual marketing plans, brand strategy, budget and new product launch.
- Provide and analyse sales reports on a monthly basis.
- Discuss and finalize with principals on the annual sales budget, advertising and promotion expenses with detailed activities for each financial year.
- Constantly survey the market and its environment, analyze competitors’ activities and new entrants.
- Work with salesforce on the execution of promotional activities to ensure the implementation of the designed programs attain the sales and marketing objectives.
- Manage the product life cycle of the brand by optimizing resources to ensure profitability.
- Work with event organizers on all of the sponsorships and events relevant for the carrying products to create brand awareness.
- Interface on a regular basis with key internal stakeholders and external partnerships.
Requirements
Candidate must possess a Degree in Marketing or equivalent.At least 1 year of working experience in Product / Brand management in FMCG industry.Computer literate with Microsoft Office and Excel.Strong analytic skills, interpersonal skills, and a positive working attitude.Good communication and presentation skills, with strong command in English.Seniority level
