Responsibilities
- Review the receipt of invoices, verification, record of transaction, and expense.
- Examine all vouchers posted and direct them into accounts payable system for accuracy before a check is signed.
- Resolve all payments or billing issues with vendors and the operations unit on a timely basis.
- Manage petty cash reimbursement and ensure validity of petty cash.
- Handle treasury and banking matters, communicate with banks, manage user access, and assist in bank reconciliation.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
