About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team at INTRA ALLIANCE CONSULT SDN. BHD. in our Pandan Perdana Kuala Lumpur office. This is a full-time position and will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and processing accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring all documentation is properly filed
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts, including the production of profit and loss statements and balance sheets
  • Reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements
  • Providing support to the finance team on ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounts or finance role, preferably in the accounting industry
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Team player with a proactive and flexible approach to work
  • Relevant accounting qualifications or certificates would be an advantage
