Instruction Designer - Learning and Development

The Instructional Designer – L&D is responsible for creating and implementing engaging learning experiences that align with organizational goals, while also supporting business performance by driving key KPI’s. Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, this role focuses on designing training programs, developing instructional materials, and enabling knowledge transfer through train‑the‑trainer and facilitation activities and collaborating with subject matter experts to enhance employee development and performance. The Instructional Designer plays a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
