Role context : This maternity cover role aims to support the commercial organisation in implementing demand generation marketing programs aligned to the Graphics Solutions business strategy and budget metrics. Working closely with the Regional Marketing team, APAC, the role will define and execute the product portfolio and channel strategy for the ANZ & ASEAN markets. Your responsibilities will include
- Execute the brand strategy and value proposition for Avery Dennison Graphic Solutions Division.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, including coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, setting campaign goals, analysing performance metrics, and making data-driven adjustments to optimise results.
- Ensure campaigns align with the right messaging and effectively engage the target audience to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
- Drive the communications & PR strategy including development of press releases, content development & industry thought leadership pieces to increase brand awareness.
- Develop and execute the marketing calendar in collaboration with commercial and product management teams.
- Plan, organise, and execute engaging customer events and participate in exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and strengthen customer relationships, including coordinating event logistics and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Develop sample programs and collateral to support sales with a consistent customer experience.
- Work with product management on new product releases and existing portfolios to maximise sales with strong messaging and customer-centric sales and marketing assets.
- Increase share of wallet at channel partners by delivering best-in-class channel marketing programs, incentives and promotions, and drive the MDF program in partnership with key account managers.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager on online marketing execution, content creation including images and videos.
- Drive lead generation to empower the commercial team and build a strong opportunity pipeline.
- Define and execute non-product value-added services and customer loyalty programs to leverage brand differentiation and advocacy.
- Own ANZ budget responsibility and support ASEAN marketing budgets; manage a network of agencies and vendors to maximise spending and partner closely with leadership and product managers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, science or related disciplines.5+ years of experience in marketing, with B2B and B2C experience valued.Experience in the Automotive Industry highly valued.Prior experience working across ASEAN markets for a multinational organisation is essential.Proven track record in driving successful brand and communications strategies.Self-motivated, results-driven and hands-on.Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills; working knowledge of Mandarin valued.Strong teamwork, influencing and relationship-building skills across multiple levels of the organisation.A strong performer may be considered for ongoing employment.Additional Information
