This position requires someone with a strong business and IT analytical experience in Cards platforms who is able to support project management and deliverable These include the following

Maintain and update detailed project plans, trackers, and RAID logs.
Prepare project status reports
Follow up on action items with stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and minutes with clear documentation.
Analyze project requirement, create JIRA stories, carry out testing execution / support.
Assist in project documentation including BFRDs / JIRAs / FRDs, testing plans, and change requests.
Monitor project milestones & ensure data integrity across tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ensure projects are planned and executed in line with the PMO approach
Manage projects deliverables according to the standards and expectations of the PMO

Requirement :

Exposure in project coordination, or PMO roles

Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently

Display good planning qualities to drive the implementation of initiatives

Self-motivated, able to work independently and take up responsibilities within project based work

streams with minimal supervision

Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Jira, Confluence

Familiarity with project lifecycle, SDLC, or Agile / Scrum methodologies is an advantage
