Retail Manager at Klang Valley

Penerangan pekerjaanProven experience in retail sales management, preferably in a fast-moving sales environment. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Results-driven and target-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible to travel outstations. (Mostly Klang Valley and Johor Salary : Up to RM7,000 (Negotiable depending on experience) Commission : Approximately RM600 per mattress sold. KPI Target : sells at least 4 mattresses per month. Travel around Klang Valley (Only parking is claimable) Travel outstations (Accommodation provided, mileage, parking and petrol is claimable.) Working days / hours : 5 days per week, 10AM - 10PM (Shift Arrangement) Working Location : Klang Valley / Johor (Will be travelling around Malaysia to promote their wellness mattress in shopping malls.) Main HQ office : Puchong Employment Status : Permanent Hiring Opportunities for promotion Professional development What is your expected monthly salary? Are you able to start immediately? If NO, how long your notice period? Are you open to outstation travel (with accommodation, mileage, parking, and petrol claimable)? (Yes / No) This role offers commission of approximately RM600 per mattress sold, with a KPI of at least 4 mattresses per month. Are you confident you can meet or exceed this KPI? (Yes / No) How old are you? Are you able to start by 1 October 2025? (Yes / No) Have you ever conducted sales presentations, product demos, or roadshow promotions? (Yes / No) How would you rate your customer service and communication skills? Do you have prior experience in retail sales management or team leadership? (Yes / No) How many years of experience do you have in managing sales teams or retail operations? Have you previously worked in a fast-moving sales or target-driven environment? (Yes / No) Are you confident in leading, coaching, and motivating a sales team to achieve targets? (Yes / No) How comfortable are you with selling and promoting products directly to customers in roadshows / malls? STM / STPM (Preferred)

Job Scope
- Lead, motivate, and manage the retail sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Oversee daily operations of shopping mall roadshows.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, guidance, and training.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge across the team.
- To sell and promote the company's therapy mattress in shopping malls roadshows.
