Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage Full Set Account, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliation.
• Perform daily accounting processes and manage general accounting and administrative tasks.
• Prepare and review monthly financial management reports and ensure timely submission during month end closing.
• Prepare and compile management reports and documents; be responsible for status updates as required for internal and external audit reporting.
• Liaise with external parties such as Company Secretary, Tax Agents, Bankers, Auditor and Trustees.
• Handle and submit SST.
• Ensure accounting records and systems comply with Group policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper and systematic filing for all accounts related matters.
• Perform any task or project assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) or immediate superior.
