Responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation of full set accounts & reports
• Managing cash flow position & credit control for financial planning
• Reconciling accounts and ensuring accurate financial records
• Processing expense reports and payment requests and invoicing requests
• Assist in preparing bank related application and handling bank facility transactions - LC / Term Loan / Term Deposit / BG
• To liaise with external parties e.g bankers / tax agent / auditor / co-sec / govt authorities
• Year-end tax & audit preparation
• Assisting & supporting all aspects in a finance division
• Ad-hoc assignment / projects as required by the management
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries related to invoices and payments
• Liaising with sales teams and other departments on financial matters
• Using accounting software and spreadsheets

Over the years it has established itself as a capable and strong supplier of all types of materials from structural to interior finishes materials supplies. The types of product carried includes steel bar, wire mesh, common clay bricks, cement, timber, plywood, steel pipe, hollow section, precast concrete as well as metal roofing.

Our company mission were bonding the gap between the needs of contractors and building materials manufacturers for the growth of the construction industry and be an integral part of nation building by constantly sourcing for innovative quality products that leads to quality buildings and structures.

And our vision is to be the preferred building materials supplier in Peninsular Malaysia by setting up two branches one in the north and the other in the southern peninsular to provide close support to customer’s projects.
