Overview Join Konica Minolta dynamic Customer Support team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth billing processes and maintaining the integrity of our customer database. You'll be responsible for the timely administration of billing cycles, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer data, and supporting essential operational tasks within our help desk environment. Responsibilities

Meter Reading & Billing : Conduct meter readings and billing for Rental and TGS accounts to ensure complete coverage and accurate invoicing.

Verify meter readings using multiple channels (calls, emails, SMS, CSRC, etc.).

Monitor customer usage patterns to identify anomalies and ensure billing accuracy.

Billing Accuracy & Documentation

Update meter readings and process billing promptly, including issuing tax invoices to customers.

Prepare and submit credit notes for any discrepancies or inaccurate billing.

Maintain and file all billing-related documents in accordance with company policies.

Reporting & Analysis

Analyze customer usage trends and prepare billing reports for submission to the immediate superior or manager.

Maintain accurate customer master data to support reliable billing processes.

Ensure KPI achievement and support the preparation of customer reports.

Customer Support

Respond to internal and external customer inquiries related to billing and other matters concerning the Customer Support Department.

Provide regular feedback and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Liaise with relevant departments to follow up on billing-related matters and ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination.

Other Duties

Perform other related functions as required to support the billing and customer support operations.
