Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns for trade shows, product launches, conferences, and branded events.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure messaging consistency across all event materials.
- Develop and manage event marketing calendars and timelines.
- Create promotional content for events including social media posts, email campaigns, landing pages, and printed materials.
- Handle pre-event, onsite, and post-event logistics, including booth setup, signage, promotional giveaways, and vendor coordination.
- Track performance metrics such as registration numbers, attendance, lead generation, and ROI.
- Manage event marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of campaigns.
