Quality Assurance Executive

Primary Responsibilities :

QA :

• Supervise the daily operations of the QC team, ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards.
• Manage line QA inspectors on schedule planning (including open and close shop events), attendance, training compliance including cross training arrangement.
• Manage holds lot (such as QDN’s) issuance and release, buy-off gate (3rd Opt, FVI and X-ray) activities and cycle time. Include Line Shutdown as required in QDN (Quality Deviation Notification).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Prepare Quality KPI reports supporting customer and internal. Conduct weekly line audit, follow up audit closure and drive improvement to avoid repeated incidences
• Execute OPL briefing and compliance across all shift. Perform BOM and Marking buy-off.
