Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs related to our HR systems and provide expert guidance and support to clients concerning our HR system and services.
- Handle client feedback, emails, and inquiries professionally and collaborate with the IT team to address and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Record and document client feedback and system issues accurately; maintain comprehensive records of all interactions and resolutions.
- Coordinate with the IT team to plan and initiate HR system projects with clients and develop and manage project timelines to ensure alignment with internal and client requirements.
- Clearly document all system requirements and specifications; oversee data migration processes ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Demonstrate a customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service; work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and projects.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Recognized university degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline.At least 3 years of experience in a customer support role with at least 1 year of experience using HR systems.Proven experience in customer support, project coordination, or a related field; strong understanding of HR systems and services is preferred.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously; detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; proficient in documenting system requirements and processes.Experience in data migration is a plus; ability to work well with others and independently when needed; willingness to continually expand knowledge.Willing to work based on the client’s business days and office hours.Key Working Relationships
