Manage and organize office documents, files, and records (both physical and digital).Perform data entry, updating, and maintaining databases accurately.Prepare, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence.Assist in processing invoices, forms, and other administrative paperwork.Respond to customer inquiries (in person, by phone, or email) in a professional and courteous manner.Support the team in scheduling, data entry, and general office tasks.Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment.Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.Requirements :
- Spoken languages : English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Optional : Mandarin / Cantonese
- Written languages : English and Bahasa Malaysia
- IT literate : Proficient with word processing software and spreadsheets.
- Candidate must posses at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in work.
