Job description
  • Manage and organize office documents, files, and records (both physical and digital).
  • Perform data entry, updating, and maintaining databases accurately.
  • Prepare, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Assist in processing invoices, forms, and other administrative paperwork.
  • Respond to customer inquiries (in person, by phone, or email) in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support the team in scheduling, data entry, and general office tasks.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
  • Requirements :

    • Spoken languages : English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Optional : Mandarin / Cantonese
    • Written languages : English and Bahasa Malaysia
    • IT literate : Proficient with word processing software and spreadsheets.
    • Candidate must posses at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Attention to detail with high accuracy in work.
    • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

      Pay : RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
