What will you be doing?
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, surveys, focus groups, field visit, gather customer feedback).
- Identify trends in consumer behavior, competitor strategies, and market dynamics; and implement key strategic business objectives.
- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts and thought leaders for insight gathering.
- Track competitor offerings, positioning, and pricing.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify emerging customer needs, business opportunities, risks and differentiated product propositions.Translate research / market data and analytics into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.Prepare regular insight reports and work with IT Team to design PowerBI dashboards to support business planning.Create high-impact presentations, dashboards, and reports that influence strategy.Build an insights-driven culture by monitoring performance KPIs, feedback loops, and evolving market needs.Define target customer segments, channels, geographies, and positioning to continuously create incremental business.Support go-to-market planning : value propositions, channel selection, pricing guidance, and campaign themes.Identify what products to promote and where to market them based on market demand.Propose new markets, customer segments, or channels for business expansion.Work with R&D and Brand Marketing to develop NPDs that are channel-focused and create launch campaigns.Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
Present insights and recommendations to leaders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams.Create high-impact presentations, dashboards, and reports that influence strategy.Train internal teams to integrate customer insights effectively into planning.Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.5+ years of experience in market research, customer insights, or strategic planning.Prior experience in customer-facing roles or fieldwork is highly preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Curious, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.Familiarity with market research tools and data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Nielsen, etc.).What we offer?
