As a Content Creator and Social Media Executive, you will play a key role in developing, producing, and executing creative content strategies that elevate Ella Furniture’s brand visibility and engagement across all digital platforms. This role requires creativity, consistency, and confidence — both behind and in front of the camera — to produce impactful content, host live sessions, and collaborate directly with customers and the marketing team.

Content Creator and Social Media Executive
Develop creative and engaging content (text, photos, videos, reels, stories) for all platforms — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and YouTube.
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across all social media platforms.
Write creative captions and storylines that match Ella Furniture’s tone and brand identity.
Edit and produce videos using CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Suite with a focus on storytelling, product highlights, and brand aesthetics.
Stay updated on social media trends, sounds, and viral content to adapt effectively for Ella’s audience.
Live Streaming & Engagement
Host and manage live sessions on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram (minimum daily sessions).
Present products during live shows, explain features, and interact with viewers to create engagement and drive sales leads.
Ensure live setup (camera, lighting, frame, product placement) is ready before every session.
Work closely with the marketing manager to plan live scripts, promo highlights, and campaign timing.
Customer Coordination & Housetour Production
Contact customers for housetour or testimonial video shooting and schedule shooting appointments.
Coordinate with the videographer or content team to ensure smooth production and timely delivery of materials.
Collect customer stories, before-after visuals, and testimonial footage for campaign use. Ensure customer consent and brand presentation meet Ella Furniture’s standards.
Support marketing campaigns through creative content ideas, hashtags, and trend-based materials.
Collaborate with the design, sales, and digital teams to align content with ongoing promotions and objectives.
Provide day-to-day marketing and creative support for showroom campaigns, road tours, and event coverage.
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in content creation, live streaming, or social media marketing.
Confident and comfortable speaking on camera (personality is a plus).
Skilled in video shooting and editing (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, etc.).
Good understanding of current social media trends, engagement formats, and community building.
Strong multitasking skills — able to handle content planning, live hosting, and coordination efficiently.
Creative, proactive, and collaborative attitude with strong attention to detail.
