About the Role

TikTok's Search Ads Operations team is dedicated to optimizing search algorithms to enhance the performance of search ads. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by improving the relevance and effectiveness of search ads while ensuring a high-quality user experience. You will be involved in evaluating, optimizing, and managing search ads projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing valuable data-driven insights to ensure the continued growth of TikTok’s advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Trend Monitoring & Best Practices : Stay updated on the latest trends in search ads and the search engine industry, ensuring that TikTok remains competitive.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders : Work closely with Product Managers (PM), Research & Development (RD) teams, and other stakeholders to drive improvements in product performance and delivery metrics.
• Operational Planning : Develop and implement operational plans, coordinate resources, and ensure efficient execution to meet business goals.
• Guideline Development : Establish guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for search ads based on business requirements. Ensure quality and effectiveness throughout project execution.
• Problem-Solving & Optimization : Identify issues in project execution and apply data-driven insights to resolve them creatively.
• Vendor Cooperation : Work with labelling vendors to ensure alignment with quality standards and deliverables.
• Reporting & Analysis : Provide operational reports and insights to help optimize processes and drive continuous improvement in search ads operations.
• Additional Responsibilities : Take on other related responsibilities as needed to support the success of the search ads team.
