To perform cold calling to follow up and verify the potential leads (data) from social media’s campaign (eg : Facebook) before generating to the Company’s existing consumers. To ensure the potential leads information are accurate before sending to the Company’s existing consumers. To develop positive relationship with the potential leads and existing consumers. To perform on-boarding process to new consumers, handle inbound calls from campaign’s referral and answer all the consumers’ enquiries when arises. To record consumers’ information in the Company’s internal system. To monitor and report campaign’s status, progress, and review to management weekly / monthly. To perform regularly follow up with the consumers on their campaign’s listing performance in our Company’s website and share latest campaign plan with consumers when needed. To discuss renewal opportunities with existing consumers before their subscription contracts end and maintain positive consumer relation with new contract agreements.
