(Senior) Manager, Royalty Processing (Inbound)

Job Title :

• (Senior) Manager, Royalties Processing (Inbound)
• Proven experience in income processing within music publishing or a related industry, such as media and entertainment
• Strong understanding of royalty structures, copyright law, and music contracts
• Experience in modeling royalty allocations and managing deferred income / revenue
• Have a high-level of numeracy. Experience in data manipulation and are confident in completing analysis on high volume of data
• Skilled in project management (Agile preferred) and change leadership
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma)
• Proficiency in financial data tools preferably with Excel (Advanced). Power Query, SQL, Alteryx, Data Brew is a plus
• Demonstrated success in managing global / regional teams and standardizing processes
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Strong command in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese. Korean and any other Asian languages is a plus.
• Experience with Tableau, Snowflake, and royalty systems (CRD / DIF formats)
• SOX compliance experience preferred
