Business Analyst

Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum 5+ years experiences in hands-on IT Business Analysis Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Information Technology or equivalent Domain knowledge related to supply chain and freight forwarding Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication (both written and oral) skills Experience in clouding computing platforms is a plus Good understanding of Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL) Having the following skill is a plus Java, HTTP Protocol Servlet, Spring-boot, Mybatis, Spring Cloud Client-side scripting : JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS Linux, Redis and MQ MicroService / Containers Analytical, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work under pressure of meeting deadlines Fluent in spoken and written English is essential. Proficiency in Chinese (including Mandarin) is a plus. Business travel as required
Responsibilities
- Manage business requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
- Act as a bridge between business users, technical team to ensure the business requirements well address business needs
- Develop, review, and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to a proposed solution
- Work closely with development team and external vendors to ensure the requirements can be completed timely
- Providing user training and support for FMS / TMS
- Collecting, verifying, and translating user requirements into technical solutions
- Conducting FMS / TMS system testing, UAT, and implementation
- Supporting the project team by coordinating and resolving issues through innovative approaches
