Minimum 2 years of data analysis experience, with preference given to candidates from banking, payment institutions, or consulting industries. Machine learning or modeling experience is advantageous. Proficiency in SQL / algorithmic data processing and at least one analytical tool (e.g., SAS, Python, R). Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong self-motivation, learning agility, innovative application capabilities, and cross-functional communication skills. Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin / English. Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage Associate Full-time Legal and Strategy / Planning
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies to align with the company's risk appetite and compliance objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in the fintech / payment industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives that enhance risk management capabilities.
- Design and optimize risk models and frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks effectively.
- Provide strategic guidance to the operational teams for proactive risk identification and resolution.
