Store Team Lead

Overview

Lead engineering excellence at IJM Industry as our Store Team lead, overseeing production of high-performance Scaffold Master. You\'ll coordinate complex fabrication processes in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities.

Your Impact

Supervise and motivate store staff during shifts to achieve sales and service goals.

Monitor stock levels, perform basic inventory checks by using middleware, and assist in stock replenishment.

Report shift performance, issues, and incidents to Superior

Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with operational standards.

Delegate tasks to team members and monitor execution

What We're Looking For

Must Have

Preferably 5 years experiences in construction field / mechanical with proven records of managing complex projects.

Good in Steel fabrication

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Willing to travel and base at Bestari Jaya

Good to Have

Previous experience in construction or industrial equipment sales

Understanding of project management principles

Knowledge of industry procurement processes

Additional language proficiency (especially Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin)

Existing network of industry contacts
