This is an exciting opportunity to join MTC2U Sdn Bhd as a Manager in Ipoh, Perak. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and driving sales and profitability. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the company's growth and expansion in the retail and consumer products industry.

What you'll be doing

Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and store maintenance

Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive store performance and meet revenue targets

Oversee the training and development of store staff, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in their roles

Analyse store data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Collaborate with regional and national teams to support the overall growth and success of the business

Substantial experience in a retail management role, preferably within the consumer products industry
