Overview

SFAI Malaysia PLT is a member of the globally recognized SFAI Global network based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. SFAI ranks 20th among the top accounting firms worldwide. The network has a vast reach with 14,000 professionals working across 300 offices in 110 countries and generates an annual revenue of over USD 700 million.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead the Transfer Pricing team in Malaysia.
  • Oversee the profit & loss (P&L) of the division, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Provide strategic direction and ensure compliance with global and local transfer pricing regulations.
  • Manage and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, ideally within a multinational or professional services environment.
  • Deep understanding of international and local transfer pricing rules, OECD guidelines, and documentation requirements.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a proven track record of managing people and operations.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to drive P&L accountability.
  • High integrity, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
