Identify, interpret, and implement food safety and quality regulations, standards, and halal requirements across Southeast Asian countries for both the supply chain and store operations (in bilingual Chinese–English format).
Conduct risk assessments and oversee the implementation of food safety and quality control requirements in factories and stores across Southeast Asia.
Ensure product compliance and halal certification in Islamic countries and implement halal operational requirements in local stores.
Plan, execute, and follow up on factory audits and store inspections in Southeast Asia to ensure full compliance and continuous improvement.
Design and implement training programs on food safety and quality control standards for store teams across Southeast Asia.
Provide technical support for external communications related to food safety and quality control on behalf of the Southeast Asia division.
Complete other assignments or special projects as designated by the company or leadership.
Take full responsibility for any negative impact or consequences arising from negligence or errors within the scope of duties.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Food Science and Engineering, Food Quality and Safety, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of quality control management experience at the headquarters level in the F&B (Food & Beverage) industry.
Proven experience in end-to-end food safety management for supply chains and restaurant operations, including factory audits and chain restaurant inspections.
Hands‑on experience in halal compliance for products and store operations; candidates with halal association experience are preferred.
Excellent bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English, with strong communication, presentation, and logical thinking skills; relevant certification is a plus.
Candidates with government‑related resources or regulatory connections are preferred.
