Hytech Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia This position is responsible for developing and executing the company’s advertising strategy on the Google Ads platform to achieve brand exposure, lead generation, and sales growth. The role requires a thorough understanding of Google Website and App ad types. By deeply analyzing target audiences, market trends, and competitors, the specialist will utilize various ad formats and features on Google Ads to optimize performance and achieve the best ROI. Experience in sectors such as online exchanges, virtual currency, financial lending, or overseas live streaming is required. Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive Google Ads strategies based on the company’s products and market goals. Set up ad accounts, conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and establish bidding strategies. Proficient in using various ad formats such as Search Ads, Display Ads, Video Ads, and PMax Ads. Monitor advertising data in real-time (CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc.), analyze performance, and continuously optimize campaigns. Use tools such as GA4 to analyze data and understand user behavior and conversion paths. Conduct A / B testing and multivariate testing to improve ad creatives and strategies. In-depth research on target audience searches behaviors and high-conversion keywords. Regularly optimize keyword lists and eliminate ineffective keywords to improve ad relevance and quality scores. Write compelling ad copy and design high-quality images and videos for ads. Tailor ad creatives based on format and audience to boost CTR and conversion rates. Allocate ad budgets efficiently, control costs, and maximize ROI. Regularly evaluate campaign performance and adjust budgets and strategies accordingly. Analyze competitors’ ad strategies to stay updated on market dynamics and competition. Develop targeted strategies to gain a competitive edge. Handle daily management and maintenance of Google Ads accounts. Generate regular performance reports and provide optimization suggestions to the team. Ensure compliance with all Google Ads policies and regulations. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, E-commerce, or related fields. Familiarity with finance industries Over 2 years of experience in Google Ads campaign management. Proficient in operating and optimizing Google Ads platform, familiar with various ad formats and functions, and capable of tracking implementation. Strong analytical skills; proficient with GA4, Semrush, Ahrefs, etc. Strong copywriting and creative design skills. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest search engine trends and algorithms. Excellent communication skills and team spirit. Familiar with Google Ads policies. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in overseas advertising in the finance industry. Experience with other search engines, including Baidu, Bing, Yahoo, etc. Employment details
