Requirements :
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing or social media management (healthcare industry is a plus).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator and video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools (advantage).
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and generate insights.
- Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Management
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.Manage paid social media ads (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and leads.Monitor, respond, and engage with followers, comments, and messages in a timely manner.Content Creation & Strategy
Write, edit, and design compelling digital content (posts, reels, stories, blogs, newsletters).Ensure content is aligned with MDC’s branding, campaign goals, and patient needs.Work with doctors / staff to produce educational and promotional content (e.g. dental tips, treatment highlights, patient testimonials).
Campaign Planning & Execution
Develop monthly marketing calendars and campaigns (Open Days, Promotions, Awareness Campaigns).Track performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.Collaborate with external agencies / vendors when required.Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs : reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and ROI of campaigns.Prepare weekly / monthly reports for management.Other Marketing Support
Support website updates, SEO, and Google Business profile.Assist with email / WhatsApp marketing content.Research trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing opportunities.Experience Required : Min 2 Year / s
