Purpose of the Role
The Regional FP&A Manager is a key member of the Group FP&A team, responsible for providing financial insights and decision support for the Distribution BU as well as the Group. This role involves close collaboration with country finance teams and regional business leaders to drive financial performance, ensure accurate forecasting, and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi-market environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage regional FP&A activities and end-to-end financial planning cycle, including the annual budget, latest estimates (LE), and long-range strategic plans for the Distribution BU.
- Deliver insightful and timely monthly and quarterly financial / management reporting packs.
- Work closely with Corporate Controlling team to ensure all policy guidance are reviewed and implemented across the business units.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with Country Finance Leads and Business leaders to ensure accurate and timely financial submissions.
Business Partnering
Provide finance business partnering support to Distribution BU in delivery of strategic and operational targets, including analysis that support sustainable business growth.Carry out in-depth analysis of specific key business drivers to understand the root cause of variances and the impact of various business options / decisions.Provide finance guidance on cost savings definitions and scope, validate financial data and provide ongoing support to meet savings targets.Support monthly performance reviews with the CEO / CFO, leveraging Power BI dashboards to communicate financial results and strategic insights.Capital Expenditure Management
Manage the end-to-end capital expenditure process, from project evaluation and ROI analysis to budget consolidation.Prioritize capital investments to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and maximisation of returns.Monitor project spending against budgets and forecasts, providing robust oversight and reporting to stakeholders.Value adding Projects & Process Improvement
Streamline and automate financial planning, reporting and analysis processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, while fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Drive the implementation of financial systems and tools that advances the company’s analytical capabilities, including being flexible and innovative in embracing and utilising new technologies.Lead and contribute to high-impact Group and Business Unit projects that drive improvements and strategic value.What will make you successful
Must-Have :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.At least 7+ years of post-qualifying experience.Extensive experience in business planning, management reporting, financial analysis / modelling and business partnering.Functional knowledge and experience with ERP, Financial Planning and Business Analytics tools such as SAP, BPC, Power BI.Strong spreadsheet and Powerpoint presentation skills.Communicate effectively in English.Advantage to Have :
Experience in Group FP&A roles, including managing senior stakeholders.Implementation of AI tools in Finance.Independent self-starter with drive for process improvement in a fast-paced, ambiguous and evolving environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to query data, structure information and clearly communicate conclusions and recommendations from the analysis of data.What we offer
