Job Description

Purpose of Job :

You play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our company's products and the specific needs of our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges, recommend customized product solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Responsibilities :

• Carry out all sales activities from lead generation through closure in an assigned territory to meet targets and achieve sales goals.
• Responsible for the sale of assigned products and area of coverage.
• Plan and carry out sales activities according to directives given by Managers to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix, and outcomes within the scheduled time frame.
• Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries by emails, post, telephone, and personal visitations.
• Sell conservatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients of the various products our Company can offer to their business issues.
• Carry out market research, monitor competitors' activities, and conduct customer surveys.
• Continuously improve through feedback and stay updated on industry and product knowledge.
• Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within assigned areas of coverage.
• Participate and contribute to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects, and company employees.
• Responsible for maintaining good customer relations and building trust & support given to all customers.

Requirements : Skill Required :

• Knowledge of products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Have an analytical and innovative mind.
• Planning, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships is preferable.

Qualification :

Degree holder in Biology Science, Bio-medical Science, Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, etc.
