Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented and individual hungry for sales to join as Solar Sales Executive to drive growth in our solar business. The role involves generating leads, engaging clients (residential, small commercial, C&I), providing technical and commercial solutions, and closing deals. A successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for renewable energy, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and field visits.
Understand customers’ energy usage, site conditions, and requirements to provide suitable solar PV solutions.
Conduct site visits to assess feasibility (roof structure, shading, orientation etc.).
Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical & commercial presentations.
Negotiate contract terms and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update client information in CRM; follow up leads and maintain pipeline.
Meet or exceed sales targets & KPIs as set by management.
Keep abreast of market developments, competitor offerings, solar incentives (e.g. NEM / ATAP / SELCO), and regulatory requirements.
Participate in marketing / branding / promotional activities (roadshows, exhibitions, webinars).
Provide after-sales support : ensuring client queries are addressed, coordinating with technical teams for installation, follow up on system performance.
Requirements :
Minimum qualification : SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Engineering (Electrical / Electronics), Renewable Energy or related field.
Experience : 1-3 years in sales; previous experience in solar / renewable energy is a strong advantage.
Individual with hungry for sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present and negotiate.
Own transport and willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
Basic technical understanding of solar PV systems, incentives / regulations in Malaysia (e.g. net metering, roof installations).
Self-driven, target-oriented, and hungry for sales.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders. Other languages / dialects advantage in some regions.
Basic salary + lucrative commission (no max limit)
Travel allowance / petrol / car allowance (if applicable).
