We are currently seeking a Cost Control Engineer to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur. Successful candidates will be offered a Fixed Term Contract.

About the Mission We Offer You

• Establish the first project budget / forecast based on handover bid from the Proposal / Estimating Department.
• Update the forecast based on inputs from project management and other project team members.
• Prepare monthly Project Cost Report and Project Management Report.
• Prepare monthly invoices to the client and follow up works (including reimbursable items).
• Evaluate the economic impact of changes / variations in scope of work.
• Perform economical analysis, forecasts and deviation reports.
• Update cash forecast.
• Support the identification of threats and opportunities and mitigation plans.
• Increase other departments’ awareness of the Cost Control function.
• Review commitments.
• Assist procurement on invoices from subcontractors / suppliers.
