Learning and Development Manager (Audit)

What You'll Need to Do
- Support the business leaders in driving learning related business priorities, including ensuring learning related compliance are met i.e QMSE, PCAOB etc
- Implement L&D initiatives driven by the US for AC KL
- Work closely with the xAC L&D CoE and US L&D team to address the learning needs of the business including troubleshooting issues that come along the way
- Work with xAC stakeholders to design and deliver bespoke learning solutions aligned to business needs for AC KL
- Deliver and facilitate learning solutions
- Assess the effectiveness and impact of the learning solution by leveraging technology where appropriate and use learning analytics to draw insight and make data‑driven decisions.
- End to end management of learning solutions with proven experience in project management and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects within a dynamic environment
- Active promotion and communication about L&D tools, products and processes to educate, excite and build commitment to the L&D agenda and drive learning culture.
- Partner with the Talent Consultants (HR) to provide specialist consultation for business stakeholders to diagnose development needs

What You've Got to Have
Degree holder, preferably in the field of Learning & Development and Accounting. Experience with US GAAP is an added advantage!Minimum of 5 years working experience with at least 1 to 2 years of previous experience in a Learning & Development role, specifically in designing & implementing learning solutions, would be an advantageResourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision while remaining steady under pressureAble to work flexibly across different time zones i.e US, India etc.Note : You are expected to work at night / early morning only when there is a meeting or when needed.
