We are looking to hire a persuasive and customer-oriented Medical Representative to cover the GP channel with the areas of coverage outlined below :
- Bayan Lepas, Gelugor, Bukit Mertajam, Key Account, Pendang, Alor Setar, Perlis
Responsibilities include :
Achieving annual sales targets.Territory management through daily field calls and review calls as per assigned itineraries to ensure effective coverage with minimal cost and time.Planning and executing ethical promotional activities such as CMEs and product presentations to healthcare providers.Generating new accounts, increasing product penetration, and maintaining sales in hospitals and clinics within the assigned area.Providing professional customer service through regular coverage, responding effectively to physicians’ requirements and queries.Monitoring sales and promotional activities against plans and targets, and taking proactive actions.Following all sales and marketing activities directed by the Sales Manager and Business Unit Head.Updating management on customer, competitor, and market changes in the territory.Qualifications and skills needed :
A Degree, preferably in science-related studies.Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceuticals or related fields.Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.High self-confidence, energetic, and dynamic to thrive in a competitive market.Ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines and managing conflicting demands.Proficiency in written and spoken English.Benefits of this career :
