POSITION : HUMAN RESOURCE AND GENERAL AFFAIRS EXECUTIVE
DEPARTMENT : HUMAN RESOURCE
Main Responsibilities :
- Responsible to handle payroll process and related HR matters
- To handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
- Responsible to coordinating the foreign workers application quota by liaising with the agency and hiring manager to ensure smoothly process and accordingly to the government rules & regulations.
- To overlook and monitoring the office administration, housekeeping and maintenance
- Monitor order on time delivery to avoid any interruptions with production operation.
- Check all shipping document completed.
- Issue purchase order and able to communicate with supplier.
- To provide monthly management reports or assigned reports when required.
- To assist in preparing and coordinating annual performance appraisals and to arrange relevant information for annual salary adjustments (where applicable).
- Responsible to assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties.
- Liaise with professional bodies, training institutions and consultants to source and develop appropriate programmed when required.
- To assist, develop and deliver in-house training and orientation programmed where applicable based on the needs of the company.
- Additional job will be assigned by the superior or management as and when necessary
Skill
Knowledge in Microsoft & SQL payrollSound knowledge of the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, Labour laws and prevailing HR practices and legislation in MalaysiaWorking Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in similar functionEducation
Must possess at least bachelor's degree.
