About the role
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Audit Assistant to join our team at Perficient Corporate Advisory Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Perak. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our audit engagements, ensuring accurate and thorough financial reporting for our valued clients.
What you\'ll be doing
Assisting with the planning and execution of audit procedures, including document review, data analysis, and the preparation of audit working papersPerforming detailed testing of financial transactions and account balances to identify any discrepancies or areas of concernCollaborating with the audit team to gather and analyse relevant financial information and documentationContributing to the preparation of clear and comprehensive audit reports that highlight key findings and recommendationsAdhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines throughout the audit processProviding support to senior team members as needed and continuously learning to develop your auditing skillsWhat we\'re looking for
A bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or a related fieldDemonstrable experience in a similar audit assistant or entry-level auditing role, preferably within a public accounting firm or corporate finance environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify potential issuesExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision in your workEffective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with the audit team and liaise with clientsA proactive and adaptable approach, with the willingness to learn and continuously improve your auditing skillsFamiliarity with relevant auditing standards and regulations, as well as proficiency in using audit software and data analysis tools#J-18808-Ljbffr
