Your new responsibilities

• Follow up on Purchase Orders and communicate with users for follow-up.
• Assist with troubleshooting in the system.
• Maintain information records.
• Convert PRs associated with contracts to POs. Create POs from accepted SRMs.
• Provide support and advice to end-users and suppliers regarding products, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction in a challenging Shared Services environment.
