Job Title : Clinical Psychologist – Neuro-disabilities / Neurodivergence

Aspire Therapeutic Services seeks Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our specialist therapeutic service for trauma / attachment, neuro-disabilities and neurodivergence across the life span.
The Cayman Islands are a British Overseas Territory, located in the Western Caribbean Sea; it is vibrant multi-cultural community.

Responsibilities
- Provide specialist support across the lifespan for people with neuro-disabilities (e.g. cognitive impairment due to intellectual disability, brain injury or dementia) and neurodivergence (e.g. autism, ADHD) through assessment, psychoeducation, individual or group therapeutic interventions.
- Take the lead on a mixed caseload, supported by a multi-disciplinary team, to ensure care meets each individual's needs under the supervision of a Consultant Clinical Psychologist.
Requirements
Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy) recognised by the British Psychological Society (BPS) or equivalent bodyEnhanced skills in neuropsychological & clinical assessment, including adapted measures for clients with communication difficultiesExperience working in a multi-disciplinary team and / or specialist services (e.g., intellectual / learning disability, autism, brain injury services, chronic health conditions)Post-qualification experience in at least one evidence-based therapeutic approach (e.g., cognitive-behavioural therapy, trauma processing therapy such as EMDR, attachment-based therapy, systemic parent-child intervention, positive behaviour support)Post-qualification experience working in disability servicesWillingness and ability to pursue specialist clinical training to enhance clinical skillsSignificant understanding of evidence-based practiceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFully registered as a Health Practitioner with a recognised regulatory body (e.g., HCPC)Eligible for CPAM registration in the Cayman IslandsSalary : $60,000KYD to $85,000KYD (Base salary+ commission+ benefits) along with in house training and annual training budget
