WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to a team of benefit specialists, coordinators, and analysts. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored employee benefit solutions that align with their objectives.
• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other employee perks.
• Ensure all benefit programs adhere to regulatory compliance and mitigate risks associated with employee benefits.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of benefit programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product development teams to enhance service offerings and drive business growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to innovate and improve benefit program offerings.
